I'm Chief Technology Officer at Ace Designers Limited in Bengaluru, where I lead technology initiatives, strengthen the corporate technology function and connect ACE's core engineering expertise with emerging technologies.

Before ACE I spent over a decade at ACG Worldwide, leading new product development and engineering and, later, strategic innovation and R&D for the packaging machines business.

My work spans pharmaceutical processing equipment, packaging machines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and brewery and beverage plants: from turnkey projects, to full life-cycle ERP and PLM implementations, to establishing engineering teams and technology transfer with global MNCs.

I am passionate about developing people. I teach leadership courses and mentor future leaders.

What you won't learn from my bio

I started my career as a Quality Assurance Engineer, which built an eye for detail and a habit of learning by doing. That early exposure to regulatory compliance and special design requirements still guides my work today.
